There are a few points you should know about the safe operation of the automatic stirrup bending machine.

1. Conscientiously implement the relevant regulations and requirements for daily maintenance. Check before starting:

• Whether the equipment parts and accessories are complete.

• Whether the safety control system is sensitive and reliable.

• Whether the electrical, pneumatic devices and pipelines are normal.

• Whether the PLC line connection is good.

Add lubricating oil to the lubricating point, keep the workbench and the bending machine table level, and prepare various mandrel tool stops, and start the machine after confirming that it is normal.

2. According to the diameter of the processed steel bar and the requirements of the hoop bending machine, install the mandrel, forming shaft, iron stop shaft or variable stop frame. The diameter of the mandrel should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.

3. Check that the mandrel, stopper and turntable should be free from damage and cracks, and the protective cover should be fastened and reliable. After turning on the machine, run it dry for five minutes, and confirm that it is running normally before producing.

4. When working, insert the end of the steel bar that needs to be bent into the gap provided by the turntable, and fix the other end close to the fuselage and press it tightly with your hands. Check that the fuselage is fixed and it is indeed installed on the side that blocks the steel bar before starting.

5. During the operation, it is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, change the angle and adjust the speed, and do not refuel or remove it.

6. When bending steel bars, it is strictly forbidden to process steel bars that exceed the diameter, number of roots and machine speed specified by the machine.

7. When bending high-hardness or low-alloy steel bars, the maximum limit diameter should be changed according to the regulations on the mechanical nameplate, and the corresponding mandrel should be replaced.

8. It is strictly forbidden to stand on one side of the fuselage without a fixed side within the working radius of the bent steel bar. The bent semi-finished products should be stacked neatly, and the hooks must not face upwards.

9. When the turntable changes direction, it must be carried out after a complete stop.

10. After the operation is completed, clean up the site, maintain the machine, and lock the box when the power is off.
